This thread is devoted to the operation, maintenance and support for the Can-i-bus Depalletizer(or Snodgrass for that matter). We wanted to open the lines of communication with our customers and start a thread related to supporting our machinery. What better place to do it than in the Probrewer Forum! As our company has grown, the need to support our customers has as well. We have over 400 machines operating around the world and we want to make sure we support all of them in the best possible way.
While our depals are relatively simple to operate, occasionally, some things come up that need adjusting. In response to that we have started developing training videos for our customers. These videos will teach you how to make adjustments to our depalletizers to fix issues that can cause problems and interfere with our equipment running at peak efficiency. The first three videos cover Limit Switches & Carriage, Photo Eye Adjustment and Last Layer Adjustments. These videos will give you step by step instructions so that you or your staff can make these adjustments. Feel free to let us know if you find these videos useful. If you have suggestions for additional videos please let us know. You can also use this post to ask technical questions and we’ll do our best to answer them. Here is the link to the training videos:
Thanks for watching! We appreciate your business.
