Brewpub Mgt Position

We are a small brewery in the southeast experiencing major growth over the past 3 years. Currently we have one clean beer site with a small pub and a second souring site with a large pub, beer garden and event area. Currently have bartenders and pub managers at each location, yet are considering hiring an experienced brewpub manager to work and manage both sites. This person must have significant experience and excellent references running a pub business and be willing to work for a salary plus tips as we grow the businesses. This person would grow with us as we expand to a third location (much larger brewery) over the next 2 years.
