    Sour/Wild/Mixed Fermentation brewer available in WNC

    I'm an award winning homebrewer with 10+ years experience brewing mixed fermentation ales with locally sourced ingredients.
    I am looking for an entry level position to either work on your specialty/wild/mixed fermentation team or to package my own ales in your facility in Western North Carolina.
