Tap Room Manager – Sanitas Brewing Company

Sanitas Brewing Company, located in Boulder, CO was established in the fall of 2013. Two former brewers came together to build a progressive brewery with fundamental values in old world brewing techniques. We pride ourselves on an amazing staff, unique beers and awesome fans.
Sanitas Brewing Company is looking for a Tap Room Manager to add to our fast growing team. Our Tap Room located here in Boulder is a busy fun environment that has quickly become one of Boulders hot spots for grabbing a beer! This salaried position will be responsible for managing our Tap Room and Staff and will report to our CEO.
Responsibilities and Requirements of Candidate:
- Have a pre-existing knowledge and passion for craft beer.
- Passion for Customer Experience and a desire to learn the Sanitas Experience.
- Beer Sales/Restaurant/Retail experience of 3-5 years.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Management Experience a must.
- Over 21 years of age.
- The willingness and desire to work odd schedules including nights and weekends.
- Must currently live in the Boulder Area or planning to relocate to the Boulder Area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equal equivalent or professional experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Candidate should be willing and able to lift at least 55 lbs and move 165 lbs kegs.
