I am looking for someone who is interested in helping me design and source parts to renovate a bottling Line I picked up,

Looking to turn it into a double pre evac monster with integrated capper on a 15k budget that gets under 100TPO and ideally 50 TPO.
We are located in Medellin Colombia (south america), open to considering flying someone out or just consult on design and help me source parts (will import high quality US parts), and I will have a local engineer assemble.
