Hi all,
first post here. Quick intro, been packaging for 3 years and then managing the line for the past 4 months or so. Pretty great job if ya ask me! Anyway..
What Ive got myself into is an endless cycle of low filling from 2 of the 36 head on our DPG36 from KHS. We had an audit done and it was recommended that we rebuild every fill head. During some downtime I was able to get 6 of them done, of those 6 2 are intermittently low filling. It seems completely at random. I have disassembled, inspected and rebuilt the 2 heads in question about 4 times now and every time I do I think Ive solved it then, BAM! Low fills. If anyone is familiar with this machine or has any idea as to what could be happening please let me know.
