    Charlotte has quickly become one of the Southeast's biggest beer scene's, come join the ride with Triple C Brewing. Established in 2012, Triple C is a packaging brewery with a fun environment, focused on making a variety of brews from easy drinking session beers, hoppy dankness and barrel aged goodness. We have a 15 BBL production brewhouse as well as a 7 BBL Pilot brewery, and a 1/2 BBL pilot brew system. Applicants must be able to lift 55 lbs, twist/turn, reach over shoulders, bend/stoop and stand/walk on a continual basis. Shift brewing may require irregular work hours (6 AM - 3PM morning shift, 2 PM - 10 PM late shift) but we work 9 hour work days with an hour long lunch break!!

    Job Accountabilities: To assist Head Brewer and to lead Assistant Brewers in all aspects of the brewing process, with a primary focus on cellar operations including: wort production, active fermentations, dry hopping, conditioning beer, lab monitoring and packaging. To actively maintain a safe and clean work environment.


    Essential Duties:
    • Quality control of all processes post heat exchanger to packaging
    • Daily monitoring of active fermentations and cold aging beer and effectively communicate these results with Head Brewer
    • Vessel C.I. P.
    • Work with Head Brewer to improve quality, yields and efficiencies
    • Yeast harvesting, propagation and pitching
    • Aseptically transferring beer with low D.O.
    • Daily yeast dropping, dry hopping, Bio-fining, and other cellar duties
    • Maintaining consistent carbonation levels and low D.O.
    • Assist with Barrel Aging Program
    • Ensuring timely fermentations and tanks are turned within established guidelines
    • Monitoring for microbial contaminants
    • Weekly sensory analysis of aged product and consistency analysis
    • Maintaining brewery equipment and assisting with repairs
    • Training Asst. Brewers in all Cellar Operations
    • Maintain accurate records and EKOS operations

    Assist in general brewery operations, including:
    • Assist on the packaging lines as needed
    • Assist on the brewhouse as needed
    • Assist with pilot batch production
    • Develop new recipes on 7 BBL Pilot Brewery
    • Assist fellow employees as needed in clean-up of premises
    • Assist in off site promotional activities and festivals.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations and requirements
    • Safely operate a forklift
