    We are searching a motivated and organized person to join our team and help us take our brewery to new levels. Currently we brew approx. 3,000 barrels per year for in-house consumption and distribution in bottles and kegs. We have become a leader in our community for craft beer and live music as well as locally sourced foods. We are located in a very historic building built as a brewery in 1858 and we're keeping the dream alive. We offer an intimate bar, two dining rooms, a private event space, outdoor beer garden, tap room and a banquet facility across the street. The position would entail recipe formulation, beer production, cellaring, packaging and everything in between. We recently farmed out our flagship to a contract brewer allowing for us to really dig in to one-offs and specialty beers. We want this person to be able to spread their wings with specialty brews, barrel aging and production of our mainstays and work with our amazing chef team for food-beer pairings. We also offer several beer events throughout the year and would invite fresh ideas to expand on that as well.

    We are located in Appleton, Wisconsin which is quickly becoming a live music destination in our state. We have incredible lakes, rivers, campgrounds and diversified activities all within short range. What we have to offer is a fun and fast paced environment. We will offer the right candidate a great salary with food, beer, music, and health benefits with freedom to explore their inner-soles of brewing.

    We require 2 years of professional brewing experience preferably with brewery laboratory experience. Cellaring and packaging experience is an added bonus.
