Premier Craft Beer Taproom in Buellton, CA is hiring for a Chef/Kitchen Manager. The person we are looking for has run a kitchen and is happy to get his or her hands dirty on the line, in the prep station, ordering and scheduling. You know how to figure out food cost, keep labor in line and understand how to read a P/L. You are just as excited about analyzing the sales trends as you are in brining your creativity to the kitchen with new menu items and food and beer pairings. Formal culinary school is not a requirement but is a great plus, prior cooking experience, managing people and proven ability to run a successful team is required.
