I am a professional Brewer with 5+ years of brewing experience:
- 2 years at production facility on a 4 vessel 30 bbl brew system
- 2 years at brewpub facility on a 2 vessel 10 bbl brew system
- 1+ years of homebrewing
My experience includes Production Manger, Head Brewer, Lead Brewer, Cellerman, and Assistant Brewer.
I am trained in: CIP, SIP, brewing, filtering (transferring, plate filter, and DE filter), maintaining facility (maintenance, scheduling, managing employees), packaging (kegging, gravity filler, operating bottling and canning line), training, sales/distribution, and more.
