Description:
We are looking for a salaried plus commission Sales Representative. The position is located in Columbus, OH. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Be thoroughly acquainted with key decision maker(s) or influencers in designated area of accounts
Visit at minimum 10 accounts per day, keeping accounts informed about new happenings at Urban Artifact
Provide weekly detailed reporting on activities during weekly sales meetings
Achieved specified account goals as provided
Be able to handle all reasonable and cost-effective brand support needed in accounts
Perform distributor ride withs, staff trainings with accounts and attend scheduled Urban Artifact events
Coordinate and promote events with accounts within your territory
Develop and maintain relationships with key people at the distributor
Gain and maintain knowledge of Urban Artifact products, pricing, and general pricing of top five craft and import beer competitors in market
Represent the brand ethically and responsibly through all interactions with consumers, retailers, distributors and anyone else contact is made with
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent GED
At least 21 years of age
Reliable transportation
1-3 years of professional experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and master selling skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Obsession with beer education and passion for craft beer
Basic computer skills (MS Office proficiency minimum)
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous beverage industry experience
Comfortable with public speaking
