US customs duty on tanks?

anybody recently imported some equipment, like cellar tanks? maybe you have the amount/% of customs duties charged? i cant seem to get a consistent answer on what the fees will be. we're selling off some stainless nano gear in tijuana, and if anybody in US is interested id like to be able to tell them how much import duties should run to bring them back to this side.

We just imported a 3bbl electric kettle set including the mash tun , brew kettle and HLT as well as the condensate stack and accessories and customs came to about $1,300 for all 4 pallets. plus another $150 or so for an extra random inspection ours got tagged for... we dealt with a company called JAS forwarding.. shipping costs were an additional $950 from china.
