The Job:
This is the perfect position for a professional seeking a hands-on position that will have an immediate and consistent impact on the organization. This individual will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and meticulous record-keeping. Duties will include a variety of administrative, clerical and financial tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining and managing personnel records, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, communications, reporting and working with other members of the team, vendors, and customers to ensure day to day operations in the office run in the manner and to the desired standards of Silver Moon Brewing.

Qualifications
3-5 years Office Management Experience
3-5 years dual entry accounting, A/P & A/R experience
QuickBooks Online Experience
Excellent organization skills, Self-motivated and energetic
Ability to work/thrive in a fast-paced chaotic environment
Capacity to work under time constraints and meet critical deadlines with an attention to detail
Effective listening skills and ability to communicate tactfully
Demonstrated experience hiring and on-boarding a wide range of roles
Past experience with inventory and cost control in a manufacturing, production or distribution related business a plus
Work Requirements / Schedule
Be willing and able to work a regular M-F full time work schedule which may, on occasion, require evenings and holidays. Position requires bending, standing, walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management/Administrative
- Assist each department with monthly inventories
- Complete and submit monthly, quarterly and annual Federal and State reports
- Assist in the implementation of tools/systems to effectively manage processes and procedures
- Develop mastery of relevant business systems and software
- Manage and maintain all licenses, facilities permits and required reporting
- Develop and maintain filing system and procedures for records management
- Work closely with Owners to develop weekly/monthly dashboard reports
- Assist owners with all required duties
Accounts Payable
- Coding of invoices and credits
- Weekly processing of expense reports
- Managing vendor accounts/relationships
- Preparing AP check mailings
- Credit card receipt management
Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Managing customer accounts/relationships
- Deposits
Financial Management
- Journal Entries
- Weekly reconciliation of the taproom cash
- Oversee/coordinate accounting operations
- Work closely with the Controller & President to maintain thorough financial reporting
- Review Daily, Weekly, and monthly Taproom Point of Sale reports
Manage HR
- Assist with hiring and on-boarding of new employees
- Manage employee benefits and compliance issues
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner and maintain all related records
