I have had a little experience with southern hemisphere hops. I find they can produce some amazing lime and tropical flavours but that these dissipate fairly fast. I would like to maximise these flavours. I wonder if the yeast (US-05) is eating away some of the more desirable hop flavours. How can I maximise their intensity?
