British Brewer seeking new adventure

I'm a British professional, with 3 years of brewing experience for Craft breweries based in London, UK (2HL) and Melbourne, Australia (5HL).

These positions involved both direct Brewing as well as post brew aftercare, cellar work and packaging.

I have experience with;
-Filtration (both Earth and Plate based)
-Dry Hopping
-Carbonation
-Tank & Brewhouse CIP
-Beer transfer
-Fermentation regulation
-Racking, Kegging, Bottling, IBC

I also speak Spanish to an Intermediate level.
