Sales Representative
Enegren Brewing Co., Ventura County California’s German inspired and lager focused brewery is looking for a part time local sales representative.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with on / off premise accounts.
- Organize sampling meetings with accounts
- Conduct special events including tap takeovers, beer dinners, festivals etc.
- Educate bar and wait staff about our beers and styles
- Work with Sales Director to establish and meet sales goals
- Work with and assist distribution reps
- Provide weekly reports
Requirements
- Must have a valid and clean California driving record
- Excellent communications skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in craft beer sales/service industry
- Knowledge of craft beer styles
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Must have a high school diploma. College degree preferred.
- Must have a car. Mileage will be reimbursed when personal car is used.
- Applicant must be 21 years or older
- Starting at approximately 20 hrs. / week with the potential of full time.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods
- Able to read and follow written English instructions
- Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carrying supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools
- Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
- Able to move 165-pounds, using appropriate techniques and tools
Pay
-Base pay + commission.
