18 year old farm-based organic brewery in BC's Southern Interior region is seeking a talented, interested brewer interested in the entire range of brewery operations, including hops production on our farm. We are a small team, requiring a high level of responsibility and imagination from everyone with all the rewards that come with seeing your job through from start to finish. We focus on old-world style ales, brewed in open fermenters, so no wild ferments, but lots of chances to work with unusual herbal and fruit ingredients.
