  • Shrink sleeve solutions for case trays of loose cans?

We're looking to package 24 loose 19.2oz cans in case trays. Our new case/carton packer will pack them, but I'm looking for a shrink wrap solution after they roll out of the case/carton packer. I can't seem to find much online and I'm wondering if any craft brewers have had luck using some piece of equipment I haven't seen.

    Thanks!

It's just a heat shrink tunnel, right? Or do you need the shrink wrap film to be applied automatically as well? Here's a youtube video that shows how they work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKcqmqxqmj4

And another supplier of them, with a different way of wrapping the film: https://uspackagingandwrapping.com/t...bo-system.html

I can't vouch for either supplier--they were just the first two I googled.

    Regards,
    Mike

You need a shrink tunnel machine. It will wrap the case in plastic, seal both ends and then shrink the plastic to the case.
