    JOB TITLE: Taproom / Events Manager
    LOCATION: Dallas, TX
    POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Salaried

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Create an enhanced customer experience, which includes maintaining a welcoming and fun experience for all guests while building relationships within the community
    • General bartending, opening/closing duties, and hosting brewery tours as needed
    • Primary Tasting Room responsibilities include; develop bartender schedule and staffing needs, training, coaching, and counseling Tasting Room staff
    • Coordinate with Brew House staff to schedule beer releases for special events
    • Meet financial objectives as they relate to overall Company goals, which include managing a Tasting Room budget, daily sales reports, monthly sales, cash flow, P&L reports and tip payments
    • Manage/forecast inventory needs and participate in merchandise selection
    • Order glassware, apparel, food items, cleaning supplies
    • Create and foster productive vendor relationships
    • Manage a Food Truck schedule to provide variety and quality food for our customers
    • Create, coordinate and execute special events.
    • Oversee all aspects of private events in Main Tasting Room and Special Events Tasting Room


    NECESSARY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/REQUIREMENTS
    • At least two years minimum bar/restaurant, brewery/winery, retail management experience to include purchasing, inventory controls, marketing, budgetary controls, personnel supervision and process improvement
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Experience with restaurant POS System, MS Office
    • Ability to responsibly manage money and troubleshoot when issues arise
    • Be a team player who is able is interact all levels within the organization
    • Possess the ability to effectively teach, coach and develop fellow teammates
    • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and events
    • Strong management experience, leading and growing teams
    • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment and quickly solve problems
    • Effective time and resource management skills a must
    • Must have a passion for craft beer


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Occasional lifting 58 pounds and/or maneuvering 160 pounds
