-Must be proficient in all aspects of production

• Adhere to strict cleaning and sanitation SOP’s
• Possess basic laboratory skills
• Experience creating a broad range of beer styles
• Strong record keeping ability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also part of a team
• Passion for great beer
• Forklift experience
