Looking for suppliers

The brewpub is in full swing, and now i'm looking for potential suppliers. I'm located in the mid-west, does anyone have any suppliers they suggest in my region, or others?

I'm in the Northern New York and use North Country Malt Supply for my malt, chemicals and most of my hops. They offer pallet rates that are really cheap for delivery. They also carry several high end malt suppliers and use HopUnion for hops.

Then just opened up a new distribution wharehouse in the midwest under the name "Mid-West Country Malt Supply" Or something similar. They are great people and very supportive of small breweries. I don't know the midwest contact number but you can call Brian at 1-888-368-5571 and he can give you the contact info for the midwest region.
