Will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the entire brewing process: managing staff, scheduling production and packaging, monitoring and maintaining inventory of materials, and keeping equipment in working order.
Duties
Supervise and schedule wort production, filtration, bottling, and kegging
Work with suppliers of raw ingredients, packaging supplies, brewery equipment and safety materials
Ensure a quality product
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements
1 year experience in a production brewery, or formal brewing qualification
Management experience
Strong communication skills
Problem solving and decision making abilities
Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
