  • Restricting flow to open fill cans from bright tanks

    Hello everyone!

Looking to open fill cans from our bright tank. I have two morebeer CP bottle fillers mounted on hinges to a frame. Worked great for CP filling bottles, but a little too foamy for cans.

Anyone have any ideas on a restriction regiment from bright tank to filler to hit the foamy sweet spot before seaming? Length of line, diameter step downs etc.

    Thanks,
    Bill

Thanks Junkyard! Where are you getting those numbers? Does it have to do with restriction and equalizing the system? Or have you played around with and found to work?

I’d like to try and equalize the pressure applied with resistance. Problem is how do I calculate the pressure from the beer in the brite? About 13bbl of liquid pressing down in addition to the co2 applied
