    Hopsteiner vs Hopunion

    Wondering if anyone has noticed a difference in quality between these two suppliers, i've only used hopunion before..

    I've used them both. They are both well established merchants with high quality products. Hopsteiner caters to larger clients. Unless you're running a larger brewery, you won't have the minimum purchase required.

    It seems that HopUnion is starting to run out of several hop varieties already this season so I'm also looking to diversify my hop sources. Can anyone recommend another company to go through (I run a small brewery).
