Three Creeks Brewing Company in beautiful Sisters, OR is looking to hire a hard working, independently motivated, passionate and responsible individual to join our team.
This is an hourly position averaging 35-45 hours per week. Prior brewery or winery experienced is preferred.
Qualified applicants must have:
-passion for the art and science of brewing
-strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
-positive attitude
-strong attention to detail
-ability to take direction and work independently
-previous experience in beer, wine or cider production
-clean driving record
Preferred candidates will also possess:
-1-2 years experience in either a brewpub or production brewery
-Working knowledge of WGC-250 canning line
-Basic lab experience including cell counts, DO measurements and sensory analysis
-Fork Lift certification
Job duties to include but not limited to:
-Packaging line lead on our WGC-250 can line
-Working with our mobile bottling partners
-Keg washing/filling using an IDD Squire 2
-Fermenter and Brite tank CIP
-Transfers
-Basic level lab work
-Promotional events
-General cleaning and maintenance

TCBC opened in 2008 as a 10 bbl brewpub. We have since added a modern 30 bbl production facility and our beers can be found throughout Oregon, Southern Idaho and SW Washington on draft and in 12 oz cans and 22 oz bottles.
