Passionate, dedicated, hard working South Jersey brewer looking to transition from FOH to BOH in surrounding area. Two years experience managing brewery tasting room, completed Siebel Institute’s Brewing Technology program, interned on 50bbl Braukon brew house operations including 1bbl pilot system, and currently studying for Cicerone levels. Looking for a Lead Brewer
Hello! I am currently in the build out/licensing phase of a Brewpub/Brewery in Hanover, PA, would you be willing to venture that far? Brewpub will contain 5 bbl system with plans to expand into a 20 bbl for production later down the road. Building & financing is secure with great brew house and sales knowledge already on board but no defined brew house master to steer the ship so to speak.
