Castle Island is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at our Norwood, MA brewery. We’re a rapidly growing brand looking to take things to the next level, but we need the help of a savvy, imaginative, social media pro to get there. Things you’ll do on a typical day:
• Craft engaging social media posts to promote the brand and products
• Develop online content, including photography, videos, and copywriting
• Maintain and update the Company’s website
• Handle inbound consumer inquiries via social platforms and company email
• Identify key ways to strengthen customer engagement with the brand
• Analyze various metrics to determine effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Work with our Marketing Manager and designer to strategize and execute marketing initiatives
• Help build company awareness and drive brand excitement
• Coordinate development of company collateral and POS
• Work with sales staff to enhance account relationships
Things this job requires (and a few we’d really like):
• A hunger to spread the gospel about great beer and a great brand
• Experience with social media, websites, merchandise, collateral, and copywriting
• A healthy mix of independence and ability to work well with others
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Reliability, commitment, trust, organization, and exceptional attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous product marketing experience required
