  • Tin Roof Brewing Co. Seeking Head of Packaging in Baton Rouge, LA

Tin Roof Brewing Company is looking for a new Head of Packaging to join our small but dedicated team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This position requires an intense and proactive focus on quality, preparation, preventative maintenance, and, inevitably, troubleshooting. Our product is currently packaged into 12 oz. cans, both printed and blank (with labels applied post-packaging), 1/6 and 1/2 BBL kegs. We are currently in the process of seeking and adding an in-line labeler to the canning line to streamline the process of labeling blank cans. Our canning line is a Cask ACSX2, with associated depalletizer and rinser/dryer units, and a Pak-Tech CCA120 handle applicator. Experience with one or more of these pieces of equipment will be a strong bonus for applicants who may wish to apply for this job.

Otherwise, we operate a 30 BBL Premier Stainless brewhouse, a combination of 16 FVs and 3 brite tanks ranging from 10 to 60 BBL capacity. Distributed in Louisiana, Houston, Mobile, Arkansas, and Mississippi, we produce both classic styles and newer, trendier, more experimental offerings, and continue to learn and develop in all three areas by frequently producing and canning small batches. We love contributing to this region’s unique culture and evolving with the area’s growing taste for craft beer.
