Is is possible to pasteurize a small batch of filtered counterpressure filled beer at home? Say a six pack at a time?
Any ideas on how to do this without ending up in the hospital?
My thought was to try to mimic the effect pasteuriztion has on some pilot batches.
I know it's a crazy question, but no one said I was normal.
