Need some help in finding caps for aluminium bottles!!!! Like A-B
Unfortunately I don’t know much about these caps but apparently you need a special type of liner for aluminium bottles!

Wait a minute. Your saying that the aluminum bottle is not a standard 28mm finish and you require special crowning chucks for your capper and a different crown shute to accomodate the aluminum bottle which defeats the purpose of designing the bottle that way? I don't think so.
Call CCL Container in PA at 724-981-4420 and talk to their techies.

Sorry I hit send before I finished. The liner sits on the coated aluminum. If it is different, then your suggesting the liner reacts with the coating. Once again I'm suspicious. Let us know what the issue is. The density of aluminum and glass shouldn't be that different that you need a softer liner to get a seal but maybe not. Anything is possible.
