Brewing Resources and Education in Asia

Hi,

Does anyone know where one can get information as well as education/short courses on microbrewing in Asia?

Other than some limited courses from Australia, I can hardly find resources to cater to hobby enthusiasts or someone who wants to do a short one to two week introductory course.

Also, is there a community in Asia whom I can turn to to help me along in my orientation for microbrewing.

I guess in the mid term, I am thinking of potentially starting a business in Asia around microbrewing in a South east Asian country.

Any advice or notes of interest would be welcome.

I know that several years ago Siebel did a few of the short courses here in Japan. There is also a growing craft beer movement and a semi-underground homebrew movement. As for the rest of Asia, I don't know.
