  • Homegrown Hops in Beer Recipes

    Hopunion:

Sure this has been asked before, but I've been growing some Mt. Hood, Fuggle and Cascade hops and am now ready to start using them in home brewing recipes. Are there some general rule of thumbs on how much dry hops I should use in recipes that call for pellets or extract? Such as #oz. dry hops = # oz pellets or extract?

    Any info would be appreciated.......

Hop Union may pop-in here but you'll get better response by contacting Hop Union contacts directly or in the many home brew forums.
    Home Brew Digest for one.
    Cheers & I'm out!
