We just had a successful open day and gave away free chili with the beer. Given the near freezing temps in the brewery it was by far the best snack on the day.

Hog Wings

Yep pigs do fly! My food rep suggested these bad boys..a pork "wing" which is actually from the shank. Damn they are good, a 2'' chunk of tender pork meat, flash fry em and toss them in bbq or hot sauce then wath these little piggies fly out the door.
