Is there anyone out there who has incorporated geothermal into their brewery? I will be using geothermal for heating and cooling my soon-to-be-built farmhouse brewery, and was wondering if anyone has incorporated the cooling capacity in a loop for a glycol chiller and heat-x for the cold box?
Also, does anyone heat their brewery with in-floor heating? I'm curious how it may/may not work in that environment, especially in the brewhouse/fermentation areas.
