Vitro in Texas/Mexico has amber 16 oz bottles with applied ceramic label as well.

I've posted this a number of times...
We bought a private mould for 16 oz. returnables and had a run made up in June. They are longneck 16 oz. pry-offs but made to returnable grade thickness. They are make by OI in Clarion, PA. If you want some, let me know and we'll talk about a price.
