  • Source for undired curacao orange peel

I guess the subject says it all. Easy to find dried, but wondering where I can get it fresh?

    Hey Woolsocks,
I don't think that orange peel keeps once it's off the fruit. I wonder if you could find some sort of orange oil from curacao oranges. (I always use fresh in my homebrew, but that's a lot of oranges for 15bbl.)
BTW, sorry I missed you when I was in town for Christmas. We could only get three days off work, so we barely had time to see the families. We'll be home the last week of March or the first week of April, and I'll be in for a pint or six.

Where'd you get the fresh oranges? I don't mind peeling! Yah -- see you in spring!

To find bitter oranges: First find a Mercado or Mexican Market and you want naranjas Sevilles or naranjas agrias (sour oranges)
Now is a good time to look. Also you might be able to work out a deal because most prize the juice and toss the skin.
