We are currently looking for an experienced brewer with at least 1 year of professional brewing experience at a brewpub or production brewery. Degree in brewing science is a plus.
Cool Springs Brewery is producing some of the most unique and exciting beers in Middle TN.
You will be working on a 7bbl system. You are a one man show here and watch the transition from grain to glass and see your customers experience your hard work.
You must be able to self motivate!
You will be responsible for ordering, managing your supplies, maintaining equipment and above all producing good beer from a clean brewhouse!
We are an independently owned brewpub with a great reputation. We have been open for over 10 years.
You will have 5 house beers to brew to our existing recipes and the rest is up to you!

Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year brewer experience
-Working knowledge of brewing theory and applications.
-Must be immediately available and able to work nights/weekends.
-Must be able to work in hot, strenuous working conditions.
-Ability to follow SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
-Willingness to have fun and make great beer!
-Ability to lift 55lbs over head.
-Ability to lift 160lbs.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Brewing, and all aspects of the process for quality wort production
-Performing CIP-SIP procedures including Cellaring.
-Yeast management
-All necessary packaging duties
-Adherence to cleanliness and quality control standards
-Lifting heavy objects
