    Nitrogen "carbonation" for stouts etc
    by ddraper
Hi, this has been talked about before but I'm in the process of starting a new brewery. Is there a simple (ish) solution? We will have a nitrogen capture system. I would love to serve true Nitro stouts and porters... Any thoughts?

    I have a 1000 litre/6bbl brewing system and 5 fermenter/brite tanks that hold 800 litres/5bbl. They can each work under a pressure...

    Removing chlorine from CIP water?
    by mattbk
What's the consensus on removal of chlorine from CIP water, both for caustic cleaning and for rinsing and sanitizing?

I can see the concerns over chlorinated attack on stainless, as well as leaving any residual chlorine on tanks prior to brewing/fermentation as they will be added to wort/beer....
