    Hello to all the probrewers out there,

    I'd just like to thank everybody who contributes their knowledge, $0.02, successes and failures when it comes to brewing beer.

    As a result of trawling these forums I've managed to gather tips, mashing regimes, etc and I've brewed my first ever Bock beer, a dunkel weizen weighing in at 18 degrees plato.

    It's thanks to sites like this that keep craftbrewing a craft and allows brewers and beer lovers from all over the world to get the most from their spoils. Just really want to say a big thanks!
