Use of fresh hop cones in a beer formula ?

I understand that I use fresh hop cones to produce beer i must use more hops grams that I used pellets. ¿ What happens if I use the same amount grams of fresh hop cones but increase the cooking time ?
¿I can compensate the beer formula about bitterness, flavor and aroma ?
