  • use isinglass cold??

i have a beer that will just not clear up and i am going to fine it with some isinglass. will isinglass work in the mid-30s or does it need to be warmer?
i would rather not warm this beer up to fine it.

    Isinglass

My beer is about 38degF when I transfer to a cellartank and fine it....never any problems.....

It is said that it works best on a rising temperature, but seems to work pretty well at steady zero. If it is not too late, do a quick set of finings trials in glass cylinders to optimise the amount you need, looking for the most compact seidiment and clearest supernatant.
