  • Cargill German Pils

I'm doing a Kolsch soon and i'm using Cargill German Pils for the first time. I've been told a single infusion mash is sufficient. Any feedback ?

    Thanks

I've been using Cargill malt (pils too) for several years now on a single infusion mash. I make a kolsch. It is consistantly either my top seller or my number two. I'm very happy with the Cargill malt.
    Prost!
