Dear Brewers,
Ralph Olson asked me to tell you about the hop varieties Hopunion currently has available. We were able to source a few more recently, after some diligent efforts, and also were able to free up additional quantities after taking a final inventory count of the 2007 crop in our warehouses in Yakima.
These include but are not limited to:
US Ahtanum (Cascade family)
US Cascade
US Crystal
US Golding
US Mt. Rainier (Hallertau type)
US Palisade
US Perle
US Saaz
US Sterling
US Willamette
FR Strisselspalt
GR Hallertau Mittelfruh
GR Hallertau Hersbrucker
GR Select
GR Tradition
NZ Hallertau Aroma (2008 New Zealand crop just arrived)
NZ Pacific Hallertau (2008 New Zealand crop just arrived)
Polish Marynka
Styrian Golding
UK Kent Golding
The most difficult varieties are high-alphas. However, we have limited quantities of all of these listed above here. (As long as you don’t need 5,000+ pounds, we should be able to help). We have a few varieties of raw hops, too.
Feel free to call Hopunion directly at 1-800-952-4873 to speak with Nadia, Jennifer, Gerri, Joanne, Jessica, Laura or Debbie about getting any of these, or you can call me at 303-402-9158.
Please also note: All the above varieties are subject to availability and reconfirmation.
Thank you!
David Edgar
