If one didnít want to step mash their brew to allow for alpha attributes, ie dextrin. Could they simply add dextrose malt to their recipe? If so, how much? Also, will dextrinís be extracted from dextrose malt at beta temperatures?

Please reply with more detail regarding the description of "dextrose malt". I'm not entirely sure what this product is.
Dextrose is powdered 100% fermentable sugar. Do you mean dextrin malt?
