I'm not making anything on this, but we used to use the DMA 35 (precursor to 35N) meter when we first started.
They're good units- We lend them out for a nominal fee (donation to the ASBC Local Section 7 (Pacific NW)) so you can check them out. I think Anton Paar is getting $3000+ for their new ones.
Brewers may find them not to their liking, but we liked the ability to adjust and read at temps other than 20°C.
