Does anyone have a source for ground coriander, orange peel powder, and german chamomile? I have been ordering directly from frontier spice, but I am absolutely fed up with their customer service. Ridiculous, I have terms set up with briess malt and hopunion, but Frontier is making me jump thru hoops for $150 every month.

Try north country malt. I just ordered some orange peel and coriander from them. Great customer service

Just bought my spices from Brewer's Supply Group. No problems.

I'd vote for WHOLE spices and grind them yourself. More fresh oils lead to a richer flavor. Same with coffee, or malt for that matter. Just be sure to grind enough--even use a sieve--otherwise those little corianders are just about the right size to plug up a small heat exchanger. Good luck!

Agreed, grind the spices yourself a few minutes before addition to the kettle (if that is your delivery method), it makes a difference.

                    Star West Botanicals

I've always been partial to Star West Botanicals. Second the grind it yourself.
                    Cheers & I'm out!
