Whats the going rate for a driver? they'll be driving a cargo van, no cdl required.

Wow IPAMEASAP, on that scale what would pay a Brewer; Head Brewer?
- i was thinking more on the $12-$14 (+/-$1) range depending on duties, hours, and location.

I would say $10 to start with regular increments to $14 depending on performance and duties. Benefits after the first year if they are full time and should be offered in place of the hourly wage increase for the year the employee attains benefits. Be sure to leverage wage increases against performance. JMO
