  • Belgian Faucets

We are looking for the Belgian style beer faucets like the ones Stone uses, the Trappist in Oakland and others. Short handle and long tube dispense. I can not seem to find a company that deals in these. Please help.
    Cheers, Gabe

      Hi Gabe,

Not exactly sure if this is what you are after, but we use a Belgian font for most of our installations and they come from Vervenne & Van Belle NV...which have a site here:

The one negative I have about this tap (I think they call it the Alpha tap) is that the way it is designed it doesn't seem to drain properly after a pour, with the beer held in the tube by vacuum. This can cause a bit of caramel like build up in the tube which requires looking after....make sense? Why do we use them...cause they look cool and we found a bunch that fell off the back of a lorry at the right price...

      Cheers,
      Jeff

Gabe- I think you are talking about a rotary valve faucet, if so MicroMatic has them.
