winery tanks used for bright beer tanks

does it work to use a jacketed fermentation winery tank for a bright beer tank. will it hold any pressure like 20-25 psi?

I use jacketed wine tanks to ferment in and I can tell you they aren't
built to take any pressure. The walls are very thin and even the closed type tanks are at best rated for psi's in the single digits. Just enough to hold N2
on top of the wine.

They work great for my purposes! Flat, sloped bottom, open top and easy to clean. Makes for a great saison!
