Fresh beer at the expense of vitamins

Wow, that's a pretty novel method. Philosophical morning thoughts - you can't win, you can't even break even. Seems like "they" will be able to extend shelf life, but there's always a price. An 18 month old beer is not fresh - that's the whole point of being fresh.
